I'm Reno Yegon, a Data Analyst with a strong track record in data-driven process improvement, business management, and delivering actionable insights.My journey into data began with a deep interest in capturing, organizing, and expressing information to uncover meaningful patterns. My educational background is in Applied Statistics with Programming, and I've continually advanced it in response to the evolving demands of data analytics and business intelligence. Majority of my work experience is in Data Analysis and BI Development; however, I'm also a Data Scientist, skilled in Excel, SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, as well as AI & ML, data scraping, and reporting. I am highly motivated to combine my growing skill set with my strong data background to support your data needs,and I’d be delighted to work with you to drive strategic decisions and uncover growth opportunities.
In addition to my professional pursuits, I co-founded Sting Analytics, a consultancy firm focused on data-driven decision-making. It provided me with the chance to work closely with clients across various sectors, solve real-world problems, and grow into a more strategic and solution-oriented professional. At the same time, being part of a business venture like Arts Décoratifs exposed me to the practical side of running and sustaining a business. From operations to client relationships, marketing to managing growth, it sharpened my understanding of how businesses really work behind the scenes. These two ventures have deeply shaped my business acumen ,critical thinking ,adaptability , and a hands-on approach to both data and business.
